Lawyer in Elhovo

My office is at 7 Targovska Street. A small town where most matters come down to land, houses and paperwork.

You do not need to know the legal name for your problem before you call. You tell me what happened, I tell you where you stand and what comes next.

Please call ahead so we can arrange a time. Some days are spent in court, and Elhovo is not the office I am in every day.

Bring whatever you have. A contract, a title deed, a plan, a judgment, a letter. Even an old yellowed document you do not understand is worth bringing.

You leave with three things: where you stand, what can be done, and which deadline matters.

I will also tell you when you do not need a lawyer.

Land, houses, and people who are not here

In this part of the country a great deal of property has sat untouched for years, because the people who need to sort it out do not live nearby. Sometimes they are in Sofia, sometimes in Germany or England.

That is where the most common questions come from: how to sell a property when the co-owners are scattered, what to do when one of the heirs does not answer, and how to act without flying in for every signature.

The answer is usually a power of attorney, drafted correctly the first time. A power of attorney with a defect in it is discovered at the notary’s desk, and by then the person has already bought a plane ticket.

If you live abroad

You do not need to travel for every step. The consultation can be held by video call, and much of the work is done through documents and representation.

I work in Bulgarian, English, Turkish, Polish and Russian.

Scope

I work across all areas of Bulgarian law. My other two offices are in Burgas and Yambol.
