You do not need to know the legal name for your problem before you call. That is my job. You tell me what happened, I tell you where you stand and what comes next.
Legal advice in Burgas
A consultation is a conversation, not a form. Please call ahead so we can arrange a time, because some days are spent in court.
Bring whatever you have: a contract, a title deed, a letter from an institution, a notice from a bailiff. Incomplete and disordered is better than nothing. If you have no documents at all, come anyway.
You leave with three things: where you stand, what can be done, and the next deadline that actually matters. If you want to go on from there, we agree how. If you decide not to, that is a normal way for a consultation to end.
I will also tell you when you do not need a lawyer.
If you are not in Burgas, or not in Bulgaria
You do not have to travel. The consultation can be held by video call, and a large part of the work on a matter is done through documents and a power of attorney.
I work in Bulgarian, English, Turkish, Polish and Russian. For a client outside Bulgaria that means the conversation about your case runs without an interpreter and without details getting lost on the way.
The coast and property
Burgas is a port and a resort. A great deal of property here is bought and sold by people who do not live nearby, sometimes by people who have never seen it, and often through a company rather than in a personal name.
That complicates things which are otherwise simple: who actually owns it, what charges sit on the property, what the company holding it owes, and what exactly you are signing.
Checking before a transaction takes days. Untangling one afterwards takes years.
Scope
I work across all areas of Bulgarian law and take cases throughout the country, not only in the Burgas judicial district. My other two offices are in Yambol and Elhovo.
